1Definitions

4Account Registration

10Responsible Gaming

12Limitation of Liability

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jill4's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jill4's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13Termination

jill4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• jill4 is required to do so by law, regulation, or PAGCOR directive.
• jill4 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your Account.
• Your Account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon termination for breach, jill4 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Balance in your Account. Upon termination for reasons other than breach, jill4 will return any verified real-money Balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable withdrawal processing times.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jill4 support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jill4 Platform shall first be submitted to jill4's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

jill4 is regulated by PAGCOR. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved fairly may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.

15Amendments to These Terms

jill4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jill4 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the jill4 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
